Return of goods

Sometimes you may change your mind. You have 20 days to return the product. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

We strive to ensure the high quality of our products and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition and packaging. The item must not show any signs of use.

Return policy:

  • The original receipt or invoice must be provided with the goods.
  • Returns are only possible for goods that show no signs of use and are complete.
  • The buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
